Inspiration Corner: I recently found myself working non-stop, 7 days a week, and feeling on edge. Even though I take my dogs out to play 3 to 4 times. I knew I needed to take a day off but kept making excuses of why I couldn't. I have a big event coming up and it requires product for sale so the pressure is on. I talked about taking care of myself all the time and needed to take my own advice so I scheduled a hike where I would be unavailable for a while. This period of rest revitalized my creativity and led to a surge of fresh ideas. Rest is not a luxury but a necessity for sustaining creative energy.
